Not Grrr..


Hmm.. other than gym, going out to meet your friends is also a good way to remove negative energy. Which is why I took a detour from gym and instead hang out with a couple of friends. Its nice to unwind and pretend nothing is this world bother your mind. Some toast, some drinks, and a whole load of laughter is the best medicine for feeling negative.. Of course exercise still rocks :p
