I feel very pathethic, miserable, angry, sad, bored, sucky and whatver adjectives you can use to describe when feeling very negative. I need to go the gym, warm up on the cross trainer, lift heavy weights and then have a protein dinner I need to remove all this negative energy in a good way.... GRRRR!!!
