I seem to have this current obsession of baking. It's not even
Hari Raya yet but my kitchen is filled with the sweet smell of freshly baked cookies.
I wanted to the ones that we had when we stayed in the US. American style, soft, chewy centre, crunchy edges, chocolate chip cookies.
The recipe is quite simple. Cream butter and sugar. add eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, flour, chocolate chip and nuts. The just put a teaspoon on the
ungreased baking tray and bake in the oven till it spreads out nicely.
Better than Famous
Amous and a whole lot cheaper.
More reason to stay fat...
