What happens if there is too much stress for you to handle?
You start to break out and your face goes out of control (pimple, oily, rough)
You begin to experience nightmares
You get nervous all the time.
You gain weight fast!
Ouch! Stress sucks, so you better handle it well. If you excuse me, I need to lather on some Oxy, while reading books that get me closer to my belief, and then go jump around on my Dance Dance mat before drinking only plain water for dinner
